Why Motivation Matters in Career Development

Motivation is essential for career growth, yet sustaining it can be a challenge.

As a career professional, you likely work with clients who struggle to move forward due to job loss, career transitions, burnout or self-doubt.
Without effective strategies, they risk falling into patterns of procrastination, disengagement and self-sabotage.

At the same time, maintaining your own motivation is critical. Balancing multiple clients, keeping up with sector trends and managing the emotional demands of career counselling can lead to fatigue and diminished enthusiasm over time.

This 1-hour, self-paced course provides practical, evidence-based strategies to help you and your clients tackle motivational challenges head-on. You will gain ready-to-use techniques to assess motivation, implement strategies for sustained engagement and foster long-term career success.
